Policies...
Ordering...I accept orders through my web site 24 hours
a day. Payment information is handled securely by
Paypal. As I use Paypal for all payment processing,
I accept everything they handle. This includes VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, electronic
checks, and bank account transfers. If you would like
to make other arrangements, please contact me by
e-mail.
Shipping...For domestic orders, I ship USPS Priority
Mail. I try to ship all orders the next business day,
but delays do occasionally happen. I also use Priority
Mail for international orders, when possible.
Returns and Exchanges...I handle all returns and refunds
on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me if you have any
questions.
Privacy...I never share any information you give me with
other parties under any circumstances other than when
required by law.
Cleaning jewelry...Sterling Silver tarnishes because sulfides
in the air react with chemicals in the sterling alloy. Wearing
it helps to lower the tarnishing. We also suggest a polishing
cloth for silver or all metals. Please do not use any dipping
solutions! I take great pride in my creations, and hope you
enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed creating them!
